Footprints to Healing is in-person sessions allowing individuals to access mental health services.

 

Our Counseling program is for adolescents starting at age 12 to 18 years of age.

 

Parent/Guardian's consent is required. 

Adapting To A New Normal

Our Counseling offers individual or couple sessions, with a base rate with no income guidelines or requirements.  We do not accept insurance or employee assistance programs at this time.

 

Our qualified professionals are experienced to help each individual, or couples deal with the changes, challenges and crises that may arise in life.

Community Programs

Our community programs currently include Supervised Visits, Anger Management, Co-Parent/Parenting Workshops and Counseling. ​ Our staff are not able to provide legal counsel or advice. This includes custody, how to file and requirements. ​ Upon completion, a certificate of completion or letter of verification upon request by the individual are submitted. You can request for a copy of your certificate or completion letter. ​​ Supervised Visits are booked by appointment only on a first come first serve basis. Alternative Sentencing Program

In partnership with Sacramento Sheriff’s Department - Alternative Sentencing Program to assist individuals wishing to complete community service hours and our facility offers a variety of opportunities. This program is for individuals referred by the Local Courts to register with the Sacramento Sheriff’s Department to complete community service hours in lieu of paying their fine. Everyone must complete an intake and attend a mandatory orientation, which includes policies, procedures, skills and attributes, and availability. Life Coaching (Non-Psychotherapy 18yrs+)

Life Coaching is NOT psychotherapy however; our staff can recommend psychotherapy during the session if the need arises. Our Life Coaching program offers a more direct approach to adults 18 years of age & older. Our friendly and caring staff are experienced and have the skills to help adults, children, students, and families cope with the stresses of life to achieve optimum emotional and mental stability and well-being. ​ Some of the topics our Life Coaching program cover are: Relationships (spouse, family, friends, or co-workers) Education Self-Awareness Financial Awareness Legal Matters Parenting or Co parenting Each session is 45 minutes, and we provide cost-effective counseling services on a base rate with no income guidelines or requirements. (This is a private pay service) We do not accept insurance or employee assistance programs, our apologies for any inconvenience this may bring about.
